Beginners - Learn to play Chords with the 'Little Bee Blues' song

Hi guys,

We hope you all had a lovely half term! (if you are in the UK)

This week we are look at our very own Fun-Keys song called the 'Little Bee Blues' - and we're learning about chords in our Zoom classes! đŸđŸŽ¶đŸđŸŽ¶đŸđŸŽ¶đŸđŸŽ¶đŸđŸŽ¶đŸ

đŸ‘ïž Let's look at these three major chords, D major, A major, and G major on our free download Funsheet.

đŸŽč đŸ–ïž Play the piano with our Left hand as we are looking at the Bass Clef!

D major notes are: D, F# and A

A major notes are: A, C# and E

G major notes are: G, B and D

Practise holding them for 4 counts and changing smoothly between all 3 chords!

đŸ€ł Watch our vid to help you understand how our chords represent different intervals. Intervals are the spaces between notes. If you look at the notes played in this song, you will see it has lots of intervals!

👍 To keep notified when our new practise vids come out, subscribe to our You Tube channel for all new content. If there is a vid you would like to see, drop us a line in the comments section and we'll see what we can do.

Have a great week.

Lucy & the Fun-Keys team
