C Major Scale - Contrary Motion 💚

Hello everyone! This week we are learning the Contrary Motion technique. We will use the C Major Scale💚 for this as it's the easiest scale.

Contrary motion means playing the scale with both hands but as a mirror image.

Starting with middle C💚, we will use both hands.

RIGHT HAND will play from C to C the following finger numbers.

1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

LEFT HAND will play from C to a lower C the following finger numbers.

1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

The finger numbers are the same!
