Amazing Mazes - Scales Game!

Hi Kids, Mums and Dads! ☺

This week we looked at Amazing Mazes!💫

These fun exercises are a fantastic way of learning our scales and finding all of the correct notes. Find your way from the outside of the maze to the centre by moving correctly from note to note to complete the scale. If you complete the scale correctly, you should reach the centre!

C MAJOR scale💚 would be all the WHITE notes on the piano between the Notes C💚 and C💚. We move up and down scales by step as though we are walking up and down the stairs.

A fun exercise to do with your Mini Musos is to sing a C MAJOR scale as you walk up the stairs, and then sing it backwards as you walk down the stairs. This will help us remember that when playing scales we move by STEP.🎹

In the next video we see how to complete the G Major Maze.

The G Major Maze is completed by finding all the notes that conform the G Major Scale, in order:

G, A, B, C, D, E, F# and G.

All the best and feel free to send through any videos of you having a go at the scale exercise!

If you have any questions let me know 😊
